It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

Good News and Bad News (updated)

Good news - Tomorrow's my last day of school ^^

Bad news (Mostly Resolved)- There's a possible chance that I'll have to say goodbye to the MAC labtop because I know it's school property but I've been using it so many times and grew on me since :worry: I don't know what's gonna happen besides while saving my work, no MAC means definately no more photoshop artwork nor anything a MAC computer has :worry:

The Solution of Bad News - The teacher replied my gmail question and apparently she told me I could hold onto it for this summer until the true time comes.

Well, first of all; me and my family do have a few more old 'acer' or other computers and labtops in my house and second; I've got a reply from my school that I'll hold on to it until the true time comes when I must give back the MAC. ^^;
