Dollylina Part 8

Chapter 8: The Search Continues

The next morning found a maiden named Mystique Sonia (from Hero 108) being chased by a Fuzzy Lumpkins. As Mystique Sonia ran, Mr. S flew up to her.

"Good morning," Mr. S greeted her. "A nice sunny day?"

"It's sunny alright," Mystique Sonia said. "But I'm not too sure about the nice."

"I am looking for the Vale of the Butterfly Fairies," Mr. S said.

"Butterfly fairies, huh?" Mystique Sonia said. "Beats the heck outta me. Why don't you ask a butterfly fairy?"

"Oh, you know one?" asked Mr. S.

"No," Mystique Sonia said, before looking back at Fuzzy Lumpkins. "But I think he might!"

"Oh, thanks," Mr. S said, before he flew over to Fuzzy Lumpkins. "Excuse me, mister, I am looking for the Vale of the—"

"Am-scray!" Fuzzy Lumpkins cut him off.

"I can see at this moment that you are a very busy fellow, so I'll be brief," Mr. S said.

"Buzz off, buster!" Fuzzy Lumpkins snapped, grabbed Mr. S by his cape and threw him off.

The letterboy went flying backwards until he landed against a thorny branch and got a thorn scratched his arm and put a small hole in his cape, before he landed on the ground.

"Now, look, look what I do," Mr. S said. "I have a scratch on my arm. This is bad, very bad. Oh dear, I hope I still can fly." He flew up into the air, despite the scratch on his arm and the hole on his cape, much to his relief, as he said, "Ah, I fly, oh, I fly, thank goodness." He landed on the grass, as he said while managing to wrap the scratch with a white cloth, "It only stings a little. Now, where was I?" Suddenly, all the leaves fell off the tree. Mr. S gasped and said, "Autumn. It is autumn! Oh, I must hurry to find the Wonderwubb prince!" He flew off, as he said, "Winter is almost here!"

Meanwhile, Paul was also searching for Dolly, Talen and Calumon, but having no luck.

"Dolly!" He called out. "Dolliette, where are you?"

Suddenly, a cold wind knocked him off of Budgie, causing him to fall into a puddle.

"I gotcha, buddy," Budgie said as he flew down and scooped him back up onto his skis, letting Paul climb back on board, before they flew over to a log where the Looney Tunes, the toy toons, the Munchkees and the other toons were taking refuge.

Once Paul got off of Budgie, he asked, "I'm looking for a beautiful young woman. Her name is Dolliette Pink. She has a time shifter, Talen and digimon, Calumon with her."

"Are you the Wonderwubb prince?" asked Bliss.

"I am," Paul answered.

"Dolly's gone," Oliver said.

"Gone?" Paul said. "Where? Where did she go?"

"The rubbery fellow took her away," Tubs answered.

"Talen and Calumon were taken as well." added Firefly.

"They could be anywhere out there," Water Princess (from Adventure Time) added.

Paul gestured out into the weather, as he asked, "She's out there? In that?"

"There's a big goon and two big digimon after her too!" Goggles added.

"Oh no," Paul said. "I've got to find her. Winter's almost here!" He got on board Budgie and they both flew off, as Paul said, "Hurry, Budgie, my father can't hold back the frost much longer!"

Elsewhere, the Cavity Goon, Arukenimon and Mummymon had found Rubber Riff-Raph and the Cavity Goon was currently strangling him.

"Okay, okay!" Riff-Raph said. "Can I explain something?"

The Cavity Goon stopped strangling him, as he asked, "What?"

"Look, I don't know where she is," Riff-Raph said. "We didn't hit it off too good. So, I, uh, I let her go. She's not my type, she's an ugly type, I don't like ugly."

The Cavity Goon hit Riff-Raph on the head, making him fall over, before he stomped on Riff-Raph's foot, as he said, "She is beautiful!"

"Shame on you!." Mummymon tells Riff-Raph, a little indignant at Riff Raph's comment.

"Whatever you say," Riff-Raph said, freeing his foot. "Look, I've got an idea. I hear that she loves the Wonderwubb prince, right?"

At this, the Cavity Goon growled and hit Riff-Raph on the head several times, before jumping up and down on his head several more times, Arukenimon and Mummymon were a little shocked as Riff-Raph screamed.

"I crush Wonderwubb prince!" The Cavity Goon bellowed.

"Okay, okay, shut up and listen," Riff-Raph said, as he got up, bruised all over. "Why don't you just nab this prince and you set up a trap for the girl, using him as the bait? You know, get her to come to you?"

"Nab the prince," Arukenimon said thoughtfully. "Sounded pretty tricky."

"Yes, nab, yes," Riff-Raph said. "And set up a trap."

"Nab the prince," The Cavity Goon said, liking the idea.

"Yes," Riff-Raph said, getting annoyed, "nab the prince and set up a trap! Do you speak English? Try to keep up, you people, okay?"

"Don't shout!" Mummymon said.

"You're making me very nervous here," Riff-Raph said.

"You go capture prince," The Cavity Goon said, before he snatched off Riff-Raph's belt right off from his waist.

"My belt!" Riff-Raph cried. "You took my belt! You can't do that!"

"That means, no more stretching for now, Riff-Raph." Arukenimon tells him.

"Yeah?" The Cavity Goon said. "I give this belt after you nab prince."

"I'm afraid he's right, young fellow." said Mummymon.

Now, Riff-Raph was annoyed, as he said, "Listen, pals, this harassment has gone far enough and I know my rights! I'll report you to the Toon Patrol!" The Cavity Goon grabbed Riff-Raph by his neck, and Riff-Raph said, "Okay, okay, cool it, cool it!" The Cavity Goon let go and Riff-Raph said, "Where's your sense of humor?" The Cavity Goon looked ready to hit Riff-Raph again and Riff-Raph said, "Alright. I'll nab the prince." He then walked off and said to his four Pacman ghost pals, "Come on, guys. Mind the belt, I'll be back."

"Arukenimon, Mummymon, go with Riff-Raph and make sure he does his job."

"Okay, okay," answered Arukenimon, crossing her arms. "We're going."

Mummymon thought to himself. "Why do I keep getting the feeling this whole thing doesn't feel so right?" With that, he just went with Arukenimon as they were off with Riff-Raph.
